Q&A WITH BASTIAAN VANDENBERG
Describe your approach to a case.
I find that early cooperation with both parties and/or attorneys leads to more desirable results while saving the client time, money and headaches. However, quite often there becomes a point at which aggressive advocacy for your client becomes necessary and court room resolution becomes essential.
Describe your strengths as it pertains to your Practice Area..
I love communicating with my clients. I find it very important to fully discuss your client’s case to determine what their goals are and how to best reach them. Solid communications skills with clients is absolutely essential.
I am passionate about ensuring my clients feel understood and taken care of. This is because I am the eldest of four siblings, have divorced parents, and am able to relate to my clients on a personal level. I want to make sure that my client’s needs are met and that they feel Patterson Law Firm is doing whatever they can to meet those needs. The best thing in the world is knowing that I’ve made a positive difference in a client’s life.
What do you do on your time off?
I am an avid traveler, mountain biker, camper, back packer, and anything outdoors. I love to spend time on the trails with my wife and two dogs. I also love spending time with my friends and family. Friends and family are the most important thing in the world to me.
